1. Pricing & Free Shipping Offer
- Single Unit Base Price: ₹60 per unit for 2" × 2" magnetic photo badges. Single unit orders incur a ₹60 standard shipping charge.
- 100% FREE Home Delivery: All orders of 5 units or more (₹300+) qualify automatically for Free Home Delivery across India.
- Bulk Discount Tiers: Orders exceeding 20+, 50+, or 100+ units receive tiered bulk discounts as shown in our pricing calculator. GST invoices are available for corporate and college event orders upon request.
2. Print Specifications & Image Quality
Each badge is manufactured with a rustproof metallic front frame, clear glossy protective film, and either a high-power magnetic back or a dual pin-clip fast clip.
- Customers are responsible for uploading high-resolution clear images for optimal 2" × 2" print clarity.
- Minor color variations may occur due to screen brightness vs RGB/CMYK print conversion.
- Our design team verifies print alignment on WhatsApp prior to final press runs to prevent head crops or text clipping.
3. Shipping & Pan-India Dispatch
Standard order processing takes 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on pincode coverage via top courier partners and Indian Speed Post. Express 48-hour delivery options are available for urgent hackathons and wedding fests.
4. Replacement & Refund Policy
Since products are custom-printed with personal photos and logos, returns for change of mind are not accepted. However, we offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee in the following scenarios:
- Physical damage caused during transit.
- Manufacturing defect (e.g. broken pin-clip, missing magnet).
- Incorrect photo printed due to press operator error.
* To claim a free replacement, share a brief unboxing photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of parcel delivery.
